Shipping policy
These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through Habitatlumineux (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). They explain delivery coverage, shipping fees, order handling timelines, shipping arrangements, and related responsibilities so you can clearly understand the shipping process before completing a purchase.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are currently available within Australia only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
- Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or above (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
- Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD.
All applicable taxes and any mandatory shipping-related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the amount shown at checkout.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our standard operating hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET).
- Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
- If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.
4. Handling Time
After payment confirmation, orders enter the preparation stage. Standard handling and processing time is 1–3 business days, during which the order is verified, packed, and prepared for handover to the assigned carrier. Please note that handling time does not include transportation time.
5. Estimated Transit Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, and other external factors.
6. Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable delivery services, shipments may be handled by one or more of the following logistics providers:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
- Australia Post
7. Order Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and assigned carrier information (where applicable).
You may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your email address or phone number used for the order.
8. Responsibility Statement
- Damaged or lost items: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping adjustments or cancellations: If delivery arrangements must be adjusted due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will notify you where reasonably possible and provide assistance in accordance with the order status and carrier policies.
- Delivery address responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may be the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the parcel upon receipt. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, tampering, or irregularities, we recommend taking photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contacting us as soon as possible for assistance. If a signature is required, please complete the delivery confirmation as instructed.
