Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of AUD 9.99. 6. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after successful payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation stage or been handed over to the carrier. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation will no longer be available.
